The Oaks Veterinary Clinic invites you to be a part of our Referral Club.  All you have to do is tell a family member or friend about our service!  When they set up a new account with us, they are asked to fill out a Client Information sheet telling us about themselves and their pet(s).  There is a special place for them to tell how they learned of our clinic.  If they select referral, they are asked to give the name of who referred them.  If your name is given, and you are an established client, we will credit your account $10.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
