Appointment Policy Update 🐾
To ensure every pet gets the timely care they deserve, we're implementing a new appointment policy. Here's what you need to know:
No-show fee
A $68 charge will apply to missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. If your plans change, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can offer that spot to another pet in need.
New client deposit
New clients will be required to place a deposit when booking their first appointment. This deposit is applied toward your visit and simply helps us hold your spot with confidence.

The Oaks Veterinary Clinic was established in 1966 by Dr. Ryland B. Edwards Jr. and was named after the family farm, The Oaks in Smithfield.
In more than fifty years of practicing veterinary medicine and surgery, the clinic has expanded to its current size which includes five veterinarians, three licensed veterinary technicians, and other support staff all working to provide compassionate and quality care for your dogs and cats.
